Fibra Nova signed a lease agreement with an initial term of ten years for the construction of a 22,500 m2 building, which includes 6,000 m2 of office space for software design in Queretaro, Queretaro. The project includes 450 parking spaces.
The lessee is a US Public Company listed in NYSE, manufacturer of components for the automotive industry with more than 10,000 employees in Asia, Northamerica and Europe. Fibra Nova investment in this project will be US$13.3 million.
Fibra Nova is a Real Estate Investment Fund listed in the Mexican Stock Exchange Market as FNOVA17 with a property portfolio of 275,479 square meters diversified in the industrial, commercial, logistics, office and educative sectors.
