He is a Certified Public Accountant with an MBA from ITESM and has a degree in Senior Management from the IPADE Business School. With more than 16 years of experience in the real estate sector and more than 10 years of experience in the industrial sector, he has been general director at Intermex Parques Industriales, and held key positions in Grupo Chihuahua. He was director of the real estate division at Grupo Bafar, leading this business unit to become one of the fastest growing and largest contributors to the group’s results, strengthening the Bafar brand within the real estate segment in Northern Mexico and building a portfolio as the basis for the Trust in only 4 years. He forged a strategic alliance with Copachisa, a major construction company in the north of the country, which made possible the execution of several large real estate projects. He served on the board of the Maquiladora Association of the City of Chihuahua, where he developed a broad business network in this sector.
She is a Certified Public Accountant and has a master’s degree in taxation from the Autonomous University of Chihuahua (Universidad Autonoma de Chihuahua, UACH), she has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate sector, she served as CFO at Intermex Parques Industriales and has more than 10 years of experience in the maquiladora sector in the city of Chihuahua where she held several administrative positions. She was the operations manager of Grupo Bafar’s real estate division where she successfully transformed this business unit into a sustainable and low-cost operation, with a minimal workforce and building long-term relationships with clients, suppliers and strategic partners. She has served on the board of the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants and on the board of the National Council of the Maquiladora Export Industry.
He has a degree in Financial Administration from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, ITESM) and a master’s degree in Finance from the Autonomous University of Chihuahua (Universidad Autonoma de Chihuahua, UACH). He has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate sector, having held asset manager positions at Intermex Parques Industriales, GE Real Estate and Prudential Real Estate, and recently at the real estate division of Grupo Bafar. During his tenure he has maintained a minimum vacancy rate and a lean maintenance cost structure and contributed to the design and implementation of software for real estate management and investment project evaluation. He has put in place programs for continuous improvement and customer service, which has allowed Fibra Nova to maintain a close relationship with tenants and a sound accounts receivable portfolio.
He is a Certified Public Accountant with a master's degree in taxation and is a Ph.D. candidate in administration. With more than 13 years of experience holding management and senior positions within the administrative and financial departments, he served as controller of the real estate division and later corporate controller and was executive director of Grupo Bafar’s back-office division. Throughout his professional career he was responsible for the implementation of ERP's SAP and the centralization of all administrative processes of the group, as well as overseeing the group’s tax matters. For more than 8 years he has been responsible for investor relations and regulatory compliance with the National Banking and Securities Commission and the Mexican Stock Exchange. His efforts have paved the way for the creation of all Grupo Bafar’s new businesses in the last 10 years. He has been recognized by several organizations as one of the most outstanding financial executives in the state of Chihuahua. He is an active member of the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants and the Mexican Institute of Finance Executives.
